How do I find a missing employee profile on the dashboard?

For any "missing" user, step 1 is always to ensure the user is present in the Microsoft Teams team (aka workspace) in which PTOZEN is installed. For more information on adding users, refer to this article.


Having confirmed a user is present in your Microsoft Teams team but is (seemingly) missing in PTOZEN:



1. Start by heading to your dashboard from the PTOZEN Home tab (alternatively, you can message "settings" to PTOZEN in chat)


2. Navigate to the "People --> Personnel" section of the dashboard.


3. Search the user by name or email. If the user is not visible in the list, she/he may be inactive and is being hidden by the default "show active personnel only" filter. Turn this toggle OFF to expand your search to include both active and inactive users.




4. Once you'd found the user, use the simple active/inactive toggle button to change their status as needed.




5. If the user is still not visible after step 3, click on the RE-SYNC button on the top right of the personnel page to re-sync with Microsoft Teams. You will receive a message stating that the sync is in progress. Once complete, PTOZEN will notify you via chat in Teams, and you can retry steps 1-4.
