How do I add or change my approving manager?

Setting up approval workflows with PTOZEN is easy. Employees can set the manager to themselves or add a manager, depending on the permissions set by admins.


- Adding a manager for the 1st time:

When you create your first vacation request, PTOZEN will ask you to add your manager. You can either select "Self" if you don't have any manager or select the name of the manager from the dropdown menu. If your admin has already configured fixed managers, your request will automatically route to your manager without asking to identify.



- Changing your manager:

 If permissions allow, you can change your manager anytime by messaging 'change manager' and selecting a name from dropdown menu


Once set, your subsequent vacation requests will go to your manager for approvals.
